Can I open my package before making a payment or reject/return my item to the delivery associate at the point of delivery?

Payment has to be made before packages are opened. Not to worry, when you shop with us, you can always return an item in most cases within 15 days for Official Store items and 7 days for other eligible items. You can request for a return easily by going into My Orders section.

Can I pick up my item instead of having it delivered?

Yes, this option can be chosen at the time of ordering. You will be notified when your items is available at the pick-up station chosen for pickup or at our store. 

Will somebody contact me before delivering the package to my location?

Yes, our delivery agent will contact you to confirm your availability and exact location. Also, we will send you an email with details of the delivery agent when your package is out for delivery.

My order is delayed. What should I do?

You can be rest assured that we are doing all that we can to get your order to you at the earliest. The delay is possible due to higher than normal volume of demand that we are currently experiencing.

How quickly can I get my order?

We do our best to get your orders delivered by the promised date.
To get the fastest delivery, we recommend that our customers choose Express items. 

Can I change my shipping address after I place my order?

Please note that your shipping address cannot be changed once your order is placed. To change your shipping address, kindly cancel the order on your order page if yet to be shipped.
If already shipped, please place a fresh order with the correct address and reject the delivery of the order with the wrong shipping address once you are contacted by our delivery agent.

How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

We'll send you an email once your order has been confirmed. You can check the status of your order anytime by following the simple steps below:

  1. Click on My Account in the top right corner of the homepage (Your name will appear if you're logged in)
  2. Click on Orders in the drop-down menu
  3. Click on SEE DETAILS to the right of the item
  4. This will show the status of your product

HOW TO KNOW IF MY PRODUCT IS UNDER WARRANTY?

On the product page, on the right of the product, there is a field for warranty.

If the product has a warranty, this field will be filled with the duration as shown below.
